Shipping Policy 
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment once payment is confirmed. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We ship from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak periods, or remote areas.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
Customs & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. LUR DESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processes.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost, please contact us at support@lurdesign.com and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders
Some items are offered as pre-orders while stock is in transit to our warehouse. The estimated dispatch window is shown on each product page.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipment.
In the rare case of a major delay or stock issue, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative solution
